Private Home Rentals Fell For The Second Month

Rentals of non-landed private homes in Singapore fell in June, 0.5 per cent from a month ago. On-year, rental prices were lower by 6.5 per cent. Analysts do not expect the trend to improve anytime soon amid stiff competition for limited pool of tenants.
